I can't log in to the app. What should I do?
Make sure you are using your username (not email address) along with your password. If you've forgotten your credentials, contact your company administrator or reach out to us using the form above.
My scans are not syncing to the server.
The app works offline and queues scans automatically. Once you have an active internet connection, open the app and wait a few seconds for the sync to complete. If the issue persists, try force-closing and reopening the app.
How do I export an inventory report?
Reports can be exported from the admin web panel. Navigate to the inventory session and click the Export Report button. PDF generation may take a few seconds for large inventories.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. Contact us at info@elevatebits.com and we will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
